Upon completing his clerkship at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in Milwaukee, Mr. Steel joined the law firm of Jacobson & Jacobson in Boise, Idaho. As the editor of the Marquette Law Review from 2015 to 2016, he published an article titled O’Bannon v. NCAA: The Beginning of the End of the Amateurism Justification for the NCAA in Antitrust Litigation.
Mr. Steel continues to practice law at Sasser & Jacobson, PLLC as an associate assisting with family law and litigation cases.

Mr. Steele enjoys dancing and sports and has traveled the country as a professional folk dancer for more than 20 years. He frequently volunteers with local competitive folk dancing and clogging competitions. Mr. Steele loves to spend time at home with his wife and dog, where they enjoy playing video games as a family.
